Friday, December 11th

We look forward to seeing you on Friday at 7:00 PM at a restaurant/bar (location to be confirmed) for a small icebreaker. We want to make the most of the weekend with you all, and it will also help us get into the swing of things.

Saturday, December 12th

The main event. The agenda is as follows:

3:00 PM - Bus Departure

Buses will depart from the Hyatt hotel to take all guests to the hacienda. Taking the bus is optional but highly recommended so you can enjoy your stay worry-free.

6:30 PM - Reception and dinner

We move to the reception area to enjoy a delicious traditional dinner accompanied by socializing.

8:30 PM - The track opens

We showed off our best dance moves to the beat of Latin rhythms.

12:30 AM - Late-night menu

A small snack to keep you going through the party, and a reward for those who can make it. Delicious, though.
